The Campaign

Hundreds-A-Day is a recurring Elliot in the Morning giveaway that returns throughout the year with new themes, seasons, and sponsors.

Rather than repeating the same design every time, I develop a distinct visual direction for each edition, combining typography, illustration, and digital compositing to give the campaign a fresh personality while maintaining its recognizable identity.

A Campaign That Keeps Evolving

Some campaigns need reinvention. Others need consistency. Hundreds-A-Day requires a little of both.

Each edition takes inspiration from the season, from summer getaways and fall to winter and spring. The typography, imagery, colors, and illustrated details shift to match, while each version also makes room for its sponsor, whether thatโ€™s the Washington Capitals or Long Home.

The challenge is creating something that feels new and exciting without losing the familiarity of a recurring promotion.

One Campaign, Many Personalities
Designing for Flexibility

Each version needs to work across different digital formats while accommodating changing promotional details and sponsorship requirements.

By keeping certain visual elements consistent and allowing others to change, the campaign can evolve from one edition to the next without starting entirely from scratch.

Hundreds-A-Day has become an ongoing creative exercise in balancing consistency with experimentation, finding new ways to make a familiar promotion feel fresh.
