Beyond the Studio
Some of EITM's most memorable moments happen away from the studio.
Through listener cruises, artist appearances, and special events, the show's personality extends into experiences that bring the audience together in person.
My work has included developing promotional creative, photographing performances and candid moments, and documenting listener experiences for the station's digital platforms.
From Promotion to Experience
For the Grouplove cruise, I illustrated the promotional artwork in a tattoo-flash style, with a rope frame, banners, an anchor, and waves, then adapted it into banner, square, and widescreen versions.
On board, I photographed the performance, the crowd, and candid moments with the band against the DC waterfront.

Behind the Camera
For the Papa Roach cruise, the artwork took a different approach: a digital composite split above and below the water, with the waterfront and painted CRUISE lettering. The same design was printed on the tickets used on board.
From the deck to the indoor acoustic set and the meet-and-greet, I photographed the event as it happened.

The Finished Story
Each event starts with promotional creative and ends with photographs of the people who showed up. Together, they tell the story of how the show's personality carries from the airwaves into real-world experiences.
