ANALYTICS AND REPORTING

With the use of Google Analytics and Sprout Social Reporting, each month I would look at the insights on all of Arch Amenities Group’s social media platforms. From there I would determine which posts were successful and which posts didn’t receive the best engagement. This information would dictate the content and strategy created for the next month.

A detailed social media report providing a snapshot of the analytics is distributed to the corporate team each month. The report provides engagement, reach, and top posts of the month along with plans for future campaigns and engagement strategies.

DotCOMM Digital Marketing Award Recipient 2022

Arch Amenities Group’s Social Media Team (Haley McClelland and Pam Bucklinger) won one Gold Award and two Honorable Mentions on three awards that were submitted to the dotCOMM award competition. There were over 2,500 entries this year.
